Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download link has been delivered. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

When We Offer Refunds

We will gladly issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues: The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is missing pages
• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
• Wrong product: You received a different product than what you ordered
• Not as described: The product significantly differs from its description on our website

Refund Request Process

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to check product details, age range, or description before purchasing
• Inability to print due to printer or device issues on your end
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
