Every kngmod product is a non-refundable digital PDF (10 printable pages) delivered after purchase. Please review this policy before buying.
General Policy
All sales are final once payment succeeds and the PDF is available. Digital files cannot be returned like physical goods.
When We Offer Refunds
We will gladly issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues: The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is missing pages
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Wrong product: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Not as described: The product significantly differs from its description on our website
Refund Request Process
- Contact us within 7 days of your purchase at contact@kngmod.com
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after downloading the file
- Failure to check product details, age range, or description before purchasing
- Inability to print due to printer or device issues on your end
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
