Description

This set begins after basic letter tracing, at the point where a child can form letters but the words still crowd together, float above the line, or change size halfway across the page. Its 10 practice pages are intended for ages 5–7.

Ruled guides come in different line widths, so you can choose the spacing that fits the writer’s current control. Activities move from copying individual words into short sentences and simple paragraphs, with writing prompts and handwriting challenges along the way. Blank ruled pages are included for free writing once copying no longer needs all the attention.

A friendly hero appears on each page with reminders about posture and pencil grip. The posture cue may seem like a side detail, but it is worth checking before correcting the letters: a child leaning on one elbow often has to fight the page just to keep a line steady.

These sheets give practice with spacing, consistent letter size, and fine-motor control without asking for a long composition at the same time. Use a page during a handwriting block or choose a wider ruling when a narrower one causes cramped work. If neatness drops after the first few lines, stop there and use the remaining space another day rather than turning the final row into a test of stamina.

The pack is delivered digitally for printing. Keep the blank sheets for a note, caption, or tiny story so the improved handwriting has somewhere real to go.
