This 10-page PDF pack focuses on addition and subtraction for children ages 6–8. The early pages stay with single-digit facts, so a child can settle into the format before the numbers get larger. Later sheets move into double-digit work and regrouping. I arranged them this way because handing a learner a page full of carrying and borrowing too soon usually tells you more about their frustration than their math.

The exercises are not all presented in one long column. Children meet short sets of equations, illustrated problems, and themed challenges, including the treasure-map subtraction activity. That page is especially useful after several straightforward practice sheets: the arithmetic has not disappeared, but it feels less like another drill. The animal helpers also give younger readers a clear place to start on each page.

There is enough material here to use one sheet at a time rather than rushing through a thick packet. At home, I would begin with a page a child can finish comfortably, then choose the next sheet by looking at the mistakes—not simply by moving to the next number. In class, the pages can be separated for morning work or a short independent station.

An answer key is included. I recommend asking the child to explain one corrected problem before showing the key; “I borrowed a ten here” is much more useful than a page of unexplained check marks.
